Hello ...first of all good luck for your upcoming exams.You need to relax a bit ,try doing the following things it will help relax or you can go visit a psychiatrist and talk it out.
-try making a study plan (it will help you feel less pressure)
-maintain sleep hygiene
-take out at least 20 mins everyday to do things you like & enjoy while you do that
-eat well,sleep well & pick some form of exercise to keep you going
-avoid talking to other friends related to how much they finished studying
Masturbation helps relieve stress & hence helps you sleep better. But anything in excess isn't good .
