Sir I am in ca final. I am too much stressed with my busy life and tensed due to lot of my syllabus. how can I reduce it.

Important is to understand that this is not a health problem and does not need medications. Your problems should be managed with proper planning and execution. Defining the goals of life, taking guidance from the professional and realising that hard work is needed to achieve those goals should help. Also important is to have self confidence.

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety....fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits..Any skill worth having requires practice. Learning to focus is no different. Invest time in mastering attention training or meditation. Both are great ways to practice taming distractions and improving focus...if no improvements consult nearest psychiatrist they will do the needful.
