Stress, panic attacks, over sleeping
I have been suffering from migraines and now a day or two I have constant headache and my mind is overstress. Sometimes I have panic attacks at night like my body started shivering, sweeting and fast heartbeat suddenly. Can't get a sleep before 1-2am but after that I slept over couldn't feel like getting up and to do some work.
