Relax..stress has become a norm in day to day functioning.. particularly in metros where demands are more than time and requirement...But if adversity is in front..Catch the Bull's horns..Set your priorities..talk to your partner about it..Have regular chat with your near and dear . especially parents..exercise, regular meals,.etc..Also Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case...it will help..you will be able to fight back..ok
