Stress, Depression ,sleep paralysis

I've lost interest in many things since last 4-5 month. I think i'm not enthusiastic as earlier. Also i feel sleep paralysis ( Morning i get confuse in yesterdays events and dream , also i feel like falling while asleep.) Its hard to comprehend thing while reading.(which was much easy earlier.)
