Stress and anxiety

I have been getting stressed too easily lately, mainly whenever I get into argument witj my wife. Previously I would only calm down once I have smashed something or just scream out loud, but I avoid doing that now. But this just makes things worse and I get severe headaches now and get even more angry more easily. Please advise.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Anger, irritation, tension are reflection of stress. Stress is not just an emotional disturbance, but it also equally affects bodily functioning and causes migraine, blood pressure, acidity, palpitations etc.Solutions for your problem needs  to be holistic in handling stress management and also understanding your bodily condition that can influence anger. In ayurveda term, such symptoms are caused by excess heat or fire energy or Pitta. There are home remedies, few lifestyle changes or self therapies that can provide relief and solutions in long-term.
