I hv keratosis pilaris on legs and hands. Its there since years. I go for waxing and laser is not an option. I use loofah and bodywash for bath and vaseline coco moisturiser. Can u suggest any medicated cream for the same. I was referred to some salycilic acid cream in 2018 and it provided some relief, but issue is still there. Im married and planning pregnancy after 2-3 months. Also my arms, knees and ankle are darker than the rest of the body. Especially under the ankle, some area of skin is hard and dark. Please suggest.
