Strange thing on finger

I have this on my finger from past 6 months. What is this? Is this dangerous? And i have anal itching from past 1 n half year. Both are related?

Nothing can be commented from inspection much , requires clinical examination to rule out what s t exactly and it doesnt look life threatening...Anal itching s not related to this...For anal itching u got to rule out pinworm infestation / tinea / and so on...
