I cannot make the exact diagnosis based only on the description that you have mentioned and would suggest a proper clinical evaluation by an oral pathologist. But I would like to add a few points which will help you definitely. You need to cut the habit of smoking immediately because probably the harmful effects have started to show their results. You need to increase your water intake so that the adequate level of hydration is maintained in the body which affects the oral cavity also directly. Cleaning your tongue daily is also essential and this should be done only using your toothbrush and not with the use of tongue cleaners. The description doesn't seem like one of infection and hence antibiotics will not be recommended. Please do not self medicate as this can do more harm than good.
You can post clinical pictures of the affected area on Practo for an online consultation with a specialist.
