I have these very hard bump on my bone ,it is not at all painful but it look strange what is this .My doctor say its nothing and leave it if no pain

Looks like ganglion . You can get percutaneous/ USG guided aspiration and intralesional steroid injection.
Next Steps
Get x-rays done ..visit Orthopaedic Surgeon for clinical evaluation and treatment.

Hi, it looks like Ganglion. Consult upperlimb surgeon. You need to be examined to make sure it is ganglion
