Strain in Tailbone area

I think because of weight training, I got strain in Tailbone and uncomfortable during siting and slight pain in that area.

for few days avoid weight training, to reduce strain on affected area. also meat a physiotherapist for speedy recovery and also ask precaution to be taken while weight training to avoid injuries meanwhile apply icepacks to area.

Try sitting in cold water for a minute followed by hot water and ending again with cold water for a minute Once the inflammation subsides you'll feel better til then you need to sit on a donut pillow to avoid weight on your coccyx

Hi Tailbone pain aggravated by sitting on hard surfaces so use cushion or round ring to avoid pressure on that area and do some hot & cold fermentation..
