*Finding 2–3 RBCs per HPF in stool microscopy can occur occasionally due to minor mucosal irritation but is not strictly "normal"... If occurring persistently.. Need consultation. I need more report. *Bacteria+” in stool indicates the presence of bacteria seen microscopically. RBC: 0–2/HPF (many labs consider 0–1 as strictly normal, 2 is borderline) 2–3 RBC/HPF is mildly increased → suggests some microscopic bleeding in the lower gut (colon/rectum/anus).

No it’s not Normal U need to undergo some Investigations 1)CBC 2)stool culture 3)widal test 4)stool fecal occult blood test 5)Usg abdomen and pelvis Treatment Rehydrate body by drinking plenty of fluids Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and dairy products initially Tab.Loperamide 2mg (1-0-1) after food for 3 days ORS sachets in 1 litre of warm water Consult me back on practo if not resolved
