Stool problem

2026-09-05 09:30:45
My gut health is very poor, I can't poop properly and the whole day it feels uneasy and I feel like my belly is always tight,I am trying to drink warm water and do everything that Google mentions from past 1-1.5 months but nothing is working and as the time goes forward I can see me belly size increase and everytime my mind is on how can I poop properly so that I can feel light through the day. At first I thought it was because of my menstrual cycle because hormones change but from that time till this time (about to have my cycle again on 11) it is the same, i roughly remember when I had myself feeling light.

This sounds like a functional constipation pattern rather than something hormonal, especially since it hasn't actually tracked with your cycle.
Next Steps
Add more fibre, fluids, and daily movement for a couple of weeks; see a gastroenterologist if the tightness and bloating don't ease, or sooner if you notice blood in stool or weight loss.
