Sir i have some problem mild stomac pain and my stool come pencil shape and some time seprate come tomuch mucus some time with stool and stool colour lemon yellow. i have checked whole body check up abdomen scan and blood test normal.so this kind of problem serious or not

Is rectal examination has been done then probably sigmoidoscopy and or colonoscopy maybe need it. U have to visit a SURGEON/ gastroenterologist.
