Surgery is advised. You have umblical hernia also Tab zerodol sp twice in a day for 3 days. Tab dicyclomine 20 mg twice in a day for 3 days. Tab pantop D-sr.  Twice in a day for 3 day's. Tab ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg two tablets in the evening everyday. Consult a general surgeon in your place as soon as possible.
