Stomach upset

My stomach has been upset since two days now. I've been taking entero quinol. Loose motions and Bloating. It's better since yesterday but not fully recovered. Please help

Have a curd based diet, if you don’t have any problem with that and keep yourself well hydrated. Avoid spicy and oily food
