Stomach problem

My kid is 1.5 years old and having water/semi liquid motions 3-4 times a day. We have stopped giving him milk and he is having khichdi, juice, banana and ORS. For motions, he is having AD 30 3 times a day as per doctor's prescription. We have observed that his appetite has increased significantly and he feels very hungry at a time. Is it normal or he is facing some issues?

Avoid giving juice. Increased appetite is not a problem. Just give adequate amount of liquids as ORS, tender coconut, plain water, curd, rice kanji. You can give khichdi, curd rice, idly.
Health Tips
avoid giving spicy and oily foods for 1 week

Kindly avoid milk and juices as they can aggravate the diarrhoea. You can feed him curd, buttermilk, coconut water, rice kanji or lime juice instead.
Next Steps
If the loose motions haven't resolved you can get his stool checked to rule out bacterial infection.
