I have pain in side upper stomach. I have done ultrasound and nothing found . I have done endoscopy also and report came normal. Wheather I will do colonoscopy now

Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to Gastritis. Take tab pan 40 twice a day before food Tab gelusil 3 times a day after food Syp sucrafil o twice a day before food For 5 days.
Health Tips
avoid oily spicy processed and outside food items. plan for regular exercise and walking.
