Stomach problem

I have multiple erosion in stomach  antrum in my endoscopy report and other things are normal. Is it worrisome or not.

Take capsule PAN D once a day empty stomach for 15  days Drink plenty of water the erosion will heal. Avoid spicy foods Avoid fatty and oily food items
