1. Offensive odour, Presence of mucus, Presence of vegetable cells suggests some infection.

3. Ayurveda requires careful examination of your condition regarding Agni dusti whether it is Vataja or Pittaja or Kaphaja and Examination of ur Prakriti whether it is Vataja or Pittaja or Kaphaja, these factors helps Ayurveda physicians to prescribe better medications for condition.

Usually In Ayurveda there are certain terminology like GRAHANI where it can be correlated with IBS, IBD, chrons disease etc., like conditions, ATISARA - Severe diarrhoea condition along with cramps, Abdominal bloating etc., PRAVAHIKA - Dysentery like condition, Purisha Kshaya, Purisha Vriddhi, Involvement of Purishavaha srotas are to be carefully diagnosed. So, for getting clear history, you need to take consultation.
5. Since there is no detailed history, but with ur reports, for presence of mucus in the stool., U should start Deepana pachan oushadhis first and come to main part of treatment next.
6. Ayurveda requires patients with much patience in such conditions.
7. Right now, because of presence of Ama, U start using Haritaki Churna with hot water so that cramps that caused due to Vata prakopa will reduce by Vataanulomana and It clears the presence of mucus in your stool so that srotoavaorodha (obstruction to the channels of circulation) will be cured.
