Sharp pain in the lower stomach. Around the belly button. The pain comes and goes. Having this since 3weeks( on and off). I had food poisoning 3weeks back. Unable to eat food properly.

Can be due to gastritis. Drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy and oily food Don't over eat. Add probiotics to your diet. Can take tab pantop D-sr  empty stomach in the morning for 7 days.
