Stomach Pain & Pain while intercoursing.Have gone through Ultrasound Few small hypoechoic lymphnodes are seen in periporal,peripancreatic,upper paracaval and paraaortic region the larger measures about 15*8mm.CBC,X-ray is normal ESR found 60.Even T.B has been diagnosed but no evidence of T.B is found.Kindly Guide

Hi. As some of your lymphnodes r enlargred, need to meet . Sometimes there may not be anything. Take some dntibiotics as prescribed by dr and review with mri whole abdomen with contrast. Still lymphnodes enlarged , meet gyn.
