My father ( 76 age ) is suffering from stomach pain. He gets lots of burps and suffers from gas problem. Pain feels like severe cramp. He takes pain relieving tablets but hardly gets any relief. I have observed that whenever he is physically active like if he is traveling in an auto or walking then their is no stomach pain. What could be the reason behind his stomach pain ?

Does he burp so many times..? Burping and flatulence is commonly associated with the disease of either stomach or pancreas. Need more answers , kindly consult on practo.
