My child is suffering from severe stomach pain and legs pain.. He is 4 years old.. Please tell me the medicine which i can give him so that he will get relief.. He is unable to eat and drink anything due to severe pain in stomach..

For now Give   syrp. Meftal spas 5ml if abdominal pain. But abdominal pain continue then need  to do  abdominal sonography and consultation with pediatrician
