This is a case of subacute mesenteric lymphadenitis. He needs treatment with antibiotics and anaerobic infection treatment . Then repeat USG and measure the size of submesentric lymphnodes

Cue and urine culture reports r normal. Abdominal pain may b due to mesenteric lymphadenitis. Kindly do usg abdomen and consult paediatrician for the course of antibiotic.

Your son's urine reports and urine culture is normal. Don't worry Mesenteric lymphadenitis is a infection of the lymph nodes in the abdomen. The cause are multiple. It can cause pain and fever in children You have to give a course  of oral antibiotics and pain medication. Please do offline or online consultation for this
