Stomach pain from last 8 days

Hello Sir/ madam, From last one week i am having stomach pain which comes and goes. The intensity of pain is not severe but if it increases any more it will be difficult for me to do my daily tasks. I feel a burning sensation in my stomach and often feel like going to pee. I tried ENO but it wasn't helpful. I never had any issues with my stomach before. Please suggest some medicine.

Various causes possible. Gastritis is most common cause. But other causes need to be ruled out. Need DETAILED history
