Stomach pain around belly button

I am 5 month pregnant yesterday went for anomaly scan having stomach ache around the belly button I can feel the pain during touching while getting up and sitting down also I have the pain I have never experienced pain during my 1 st pregnancy during scans this is the first time experiencing pain what could be the reason 1 st pregnancy normal delivery I am obese so they put more pressure during scan is this pain normal ??

If the pain is mild it may be due to growth of the uterus but if not you need to get your urine tested.
