Stomach pain and vomit

Feeling stomach pain and after that vomit , since last 4pm done 4 vomit, have given rantac suryp and ondem syrup but till now didn't see any relief

Continue with medicine If vomitting doesn't stop even with ondem then go to ur nearest hospital to give antiemetics  intramuscular injection

Could be a number of things, from  need to get a check up for ruling out different causes and also ensure adequate hydration, and stable vitals.
