My mother suffering from stomach issue since morning she has severe diarrhea and watery stool now she is feeling more symptoms like headache, body pain and fever

Hello there Give her ORS around 3 litres a day. Normal home cooked food only. Start Tab Ciplox TZ twice a day after food and carry on for 5 days. Tab Calpol 500 thrice a day for fever and body ache.
Next Steps
If she is too weak, or having any other problems like very little amount of urine, breathing trouble etc see a doctor immediately for further advise.

Diarrhea with fever and body pain may be symptom of diseases affecting body systems other than the digestive tract also.
