My stomach is full every time and causes intermediate pain in several areas of the stomach as well as near the heart, I went to Usg whole abdominal and found mild prostatomegaly that is 26cc Can you please help me

Gastrittis Or GERD may be of  the cause.. Eat less spicy food, take early dinner by 8 PM,walk atleast for 30 min a day.. Maintain sleep cycle.. This will help, if still not relived u can connect..
