Iam female iam feeling stomach fullness and tightness from a month and wheezing now a days and I can sense some pulse in my stomach what may be the reason

This could be a GERD causing symptoms or a few other conditions which I would not want to mention here and scare you . You will first need to meet your family physician and get an ultrasound scan after a clinical examination .
