Take one spoon caster oil with a2 milk at night.
Two spoons of virgin coconut oil first thing in the morning and and make breakfast with a healthy fat shake which would include cocunut milk, avacado, two spoons of cocunut oil, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds.
Start a detox juice which would include amla, alovera, curry leaves, wheatgrass and turmeric.
Avoid wheat, refined carbs.
Take supplements as recommended by your doctor..
