Stomach bloating and back-ache

Whatever I eat (even minimal), I get a bloated stomach and presumably associated back-ache. Stomach ache (not severe) in lower abdominal (below navel) spread from left to right. Back-ache too is on both side No fever, vomitting or anything else. The condition has been around for 4-5 days.
