Stomach and heart pain

Yesterday I had heart pain and stomach pain. Before 1 month had done echo ECG and holter test and all came normal. After poop in the night the pain goes. What is the reason.plz suggest

What is your weight height and Bp.if they are normal ,nothing to worry. Exercise avoid spicy and Fatty foods.

Hi , I can understand your concern. It is due to Gastritis. Take Tab razo d once morning before food for one week Tab gelusil 3 times a day after food for 5 days Syp. Sucrafil o twice a day before food for 5 days If issue persist, plan for ECG again. Avoid    Oily spicy processed and outside food items Drink adequate water Plan for regular exercise and walking.
