Stomach and back pain

My wife zenab is 18 years old. We got married on 18th feb 2024. Since 3-4 days she has been facing back and stomach pain continuously. Before pain starts, she ate omelette ,roti and curd. Her period date cycle ranges from 4 to 6 each month but this month her periods has not been start. She eats homemade food, she doesn't like roadside food. She drank lemon water also but stomach pain not cured and back pain is still there. She applied iodex but issue not resolved.

Great to note ur just married n soon u might engage in Ramadan so it's could be causing stomach upset n bloating may or nay postural change might be cause of Low back ache so plz consult in person so that her UPT and assessment could add resolution in time

Please get her urine checked for pregnancy.Also see if she has any other symptoms like nausea, giddiness etc.
Next Steps
In case she does not get her periods for another 4-5 days then consult a gynaecologist.
