I have been suffering from stomachs ache since last two days and the pain is exactly on my upper abdomen right side accompanied by nausea and lower back pain.

You may be suffering from gall bladder related illness like stones leading to acute cholecystitis. Please visit a surgeon who would examine you and further advice USG abdomen to rule out its possibility
