Stomach ache nd having issue of gas
It aches above the stomach when try to take a long breath, nd having a gastric issue, sometimes fever also, after having a meal from outer the stomach becomes very tight
Hi, I am Dr. Charles Mano Sylus from Chennai. I will be able to help you. Based on your complaints mentioned above, I believe you could be having either ?cholecystitis ? Pancreatitis or ? Gastritis.
I would suggest an USG abdomen / CT abdomen and CBC, LFT, Serum Amylase and Lipase.
A few added questions - how long has this pain been there, are u a diabetic or are u on any other medications, previous surgeries. Once you do the scan, if it shows ? Cholecystitis because of gall bladder stone, I would suggest surgery. But if it's anything else, we can discuss based on the scan and blood reports. Feel free to contact me with all the reports
