My son is having stomach ache from today morning. Every one hour the pain comes back. At 6 am he got up from need and vomited which was yellow colour water. What to do now?

You haven't mentioned the age of your child.. Kid getting up from sleep with pain , vomiting ..points towards a pathology ..it can be anything from appendicitis , gastritis , intestinal obstruction ... Please visit any pediatric surgeon in your area asap
