I've had a stomach ache the day before yesterday which after I went to the bathroom after eating a bad combo it went away , yesterday I experienced some abdominal pain which started around the afternoon which is still going & I feel constipated .

use lactifibre 2 tsp in half glass of water after dinner for 15 days
