I am having stomach ache from last two days, but today it is severe with loose motions. I am not having fever just loose motions and stomach ache

Hello.. ...As for the loose motions generally we give loperamide if of non infectious type and also start with antibiotics like ornidazole with oflox and SPOROLAC to enhance the strength of gut... For the abdomen pain I would suggest you to take antispasmodic like dicyclomine.. Thank you
