I am having stomach ache and vomitting tendancy from yesterday night. From morning the ache is more, diarrhoea condition and also got fever and weakness. Feeling like vomit even on taking water.

Probably  you are suffering from acute gastroenteritis. Take plenty of ORS. Take paracetamol tab when temperature arises. Need to ask few questions.

Take tab. Zenflox-oz 2 times a day, tab. Buscogast 2 times a day, tab. Razo 40mg empty stomach morning and for gas as required and tab. Emeset 4mg sos for vomiting
