2 year back i was diagnosed with gastritis. i took treatment got relied that time.. but from last 6 month facing acidity problem again.. and right now stomach got full like going to burst just after few chapati or breakfast.. getting fullness for long time after meal.. i am regularly taking pantosec dsr early morning.. please give suggestion to get relief from acidity and stomach fullness

You have to consult a gastroenterologist who will do endoscopy and see whether any ulcer is present in intestine.
