Upper-left abdominal stiffness with a “pressure” or “something moving” sensation, especially without actual pain, most commonly comes from gas build-up, stomach acidity, or colonic spasm. These can feel uncomfortable but are usually not dangerous. Since the feeling has increased since yesterday, just keep an eye on it. For now, you can try: • Eating light, avoiding heavy/oily foods • Reducing tea/coffee for a day or two • Drinking more water • A simple antacid or simethicone tablet if it feels gas-related Most such symptoms settle on their own, but if you notice persistent pain, vomiting, fever, severe bloating, or worsening discomfort, please get examined once to rule out stomach or spleen-related causes.
