Stiffness in neck

I'm currently taking anti tb treatment and it's been a month that I'm experiencing stiffness in my neck and numbness in my right hand when I woke up. Is it because of any side effect of any medicine that I'm taking?

This is not the side effect of Anti TB medicines. Please check your posture while sleeping and do an X-ray cervical spine to rule out any other condition.
