Stiffness after sitting for a while

I am 60 and exercise every day by walking briskly for about 2 miles, 100 pelvic floor 3 to 4 times a week and back strengthening exercises 3 to 4 times a week. However when i sit for more than 20 minutes either on the sofa, feet up or down, or at a desk, I stiffen up and it can be very painful to move in my lower back and legs. Is this just age related ?

Nothing to relate with age sir,  do some hot fomentation and local massage of rheumasyl oil... Get vit b12 and vit D checked
