Stiff Neck Pain on left side

I am having stiff neck pain on left side ..Which goes up to to my eyes ..Forehead..On only left side ..When I sleep or lie down on bed ..It is gone..When I m sitting ..For 10-15mins ..It comes back ..I had pain killer diclofenac..And massage as well...Plz guide what to do ?

Do neck isometric exercise, neck movements, ultrasonic therapy, tens for 15 mins.

First of all take proper assessment for this problem physical as well as dignostic. After that start treatment for that. Hopefully it's irregular wt transfer on neck that's why some  neurological symptoms are generated.
Next Steps
consult with neurologist along with Physiotherapist...

don't hang neck forward downword it's aggrevate symptoms.. start some hot water fomentation and pain relieving ointment.

1st of all go for  a xray cspine ap lateral veiw der may b a compression in the c2 c3 vetebraae go through physio take a light weight traction and feel better dnt add massage to it it may worse the case
