Symptoms suggest your posture has started changing due to extensive travel. It takes a toll on the anti-gravity muscles. Pain in extreme ranges might be due to sleeping in sitting position. In that case use a travel pillow with front closures too. A warm shower will help to relieve symptoms after a travel. Pain upon sleeping on tummy may be due to compromise in spinal extension range. Spinal extension strengthening exercise and posture correction may be required which can be advised by a physio after posture assessment ; and as per your daily activities. It can help in controlling it's progression to core spinal degenerative changes.
