At this age,give just 2 milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals a day,including curd and Banana in the diet. Stop bottle feeding and breastfeeding,if given. Give just steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. Add Enterogermina vial one vial twice a day for 5 days.
