Sticky Saliva Problem
I have below problems:
1) Tongue sticks upper palate --> it irritates me whole day and creates trouble while speaking
2) Find sticky and thick saliva both left and right in the mouth
3) Find difficulty in opening the mouth and speaking properly
These problems are really making my life very difficult , Please help me out and let me know which specialist to meet to understand my salivary problems .

Sticky saliva may be a problem associated with dry mouth .Having dry mouth may be caused because of some medications ,stress,smoking,less water intake etc.
Next Steps
u can avoid this by sipping water or sugarless drinks very often.
Avoid tobacco chewing and smoking .
chew sugarless gum or suck on sugarless candy to stimulate saliva flow.
In case it is diagnosed to be because of medication consult nearby dentist.
