Unless you are competing for a professional body builder and really know what you are doing you really shouldn't be touching this stuff, It is extremely powerful and dangerous. The main issue is that the gains are only temporary and will quickly fade after 4-6 weeks of quitting. So is it really worth it putting your life at risk just for temporary satisfaction?
